chai concentrate
In a stainless steel saucepan, add:
- 2oz Chai Wallah's Chai Spice or use the Spice/tea mix.
- 6 cups of water
- 8oz sugar, sucanat or Florida Crystals
Bring to the boil and simmer for about ten minutes, strain
and pour into a
container, add a teaspoon of vanilla essence if desired , seal and refrigerate.
This will keep for months.
Dilute to taste.
